Hi Everybody,
here comes our first newsletter in 2006, packed with some interesting stuff.
Spellborn
you might have already heard something about the co-operation we agreed with the game producer Spellborn. We are going to contribute some exclusive songs for the worldwide launch of the new PC game 'The Chronicles Of Spellborn'. Spellborn is a Dutch company based in The Hague which is already working on the development of the game since one and a half years. A large number of programmers and designers are working on the creation of the characters and the unique fantasy world as well as the special effects. When we were approached by Spellborn and heard their ideas, we were immediately enthousiastic. Almost all members of the band are fanatic gamers. Be it at home or on tour, we find playing computer games can be very relaxing and somethimes they even inspire our songwriting. It is great to be able to contribute our music to such a unique fantasy world currently being built for 'The Chronicles of Spellborn'. Don't worry, we are in discussion with several international festivals as well, some of them will be confirmed very soon. We are keen to get out and play live again, it's been a while since we played our last gigs. Hopefully we'll meet many of you out there at the festivals in spring and summer. 3FM Awards
On March 12th is one of the big music events in Holland this year: The 3 FM Awards. You can participate in the nominations and voting of the artists. We are also listed and you can vote on the following link:

Within Temptatation was recently awarded with the Dutch Music Export Price for the 3rd time in a row. On our homepage there are some interesting family shots of our performance on the event.
The Silent Force - Within Temptation's Official Fanclub
In mid march the fanclub will publish an new fanclub magazine featuring exclusive interviews with Sharon & Robert, a chat with Ruud and an interview with a former band member. Lots of other features and photos in the magazine. If you want a copy of the magazine you need to register as a member to the fanclub.
